Sparks of hope
Sparks of Hope is a project that brings to life small and large actions that nourish our hope – especially in these challenging times.
For us, hope means being connected to the potential that dwells within us humans.
Our actions aim to make this power visible, tangible and shareable.

Actions
🔸 Courage comes quietly on soft soles
Little finger puppets embody courageous creatures that retain hope even when we humans lose it.
Each courageous creature has a name, its own personality and a strategy for bringing hope into the world.
I provide the courageous creatures with a little story – but they need people to take them on their journey.
We set off together – quietly, bravely and playfully.
🔸 Project play space
Once a month, a space is created here in which people accompany each other with their ideas and heart projects – a space to play with project seeds and encourage each other. With elements and the attitude of the Dragon Dreaming project development method.
The next date is June 19, 11 am – 1 pm.
🔸 News Relief Circle
he News Relief Circle is a circle format in which we process together what the news triggers in us.
Every day we receive images and reports of crises, conflicts and disasters. Many people find it difficult to process this news and remain hopeful at the same time.
In the News Relief Circle, we open up a safe space:
🔹 to share what moves us
🔹 to feel
🔹 to physically let go of tension
🔹 to remember the good: moments in which we have experienced humanity
Because the pain we feel in the face of the world shows that we carry a different, more hopeful world within us.
🔸 Council – Love for Humanity
In the face of the climate crisis, species extinction, wars and violence, we often experience humans as a destructive force. This realization hurts. But it is this pain that challenges us not to avert our gaze – but to look deeper. Not just at what destroys, but at the whole spectrum of humanity: its contradictions, its vulnerability, its longing for connection, its ability to change.
We need spaces in which we can encounter this depth – with wonder. Spaces in which we listen to each other, recognize each other, remind each other: What is possible within us.
In the council format, people come together in a circle to connect with such questions of being human. A space for dialog is created in which lived experiences become sources of insight – for individual development as well as for collective change.
